How to partially ship confirm using api

I am using EBS 12.1.3 with database 19c (19.10.0.0.0) I want to perform partial ship confirm using api. Suppose there is 10 quantity in Picked status. I want to ship confirm 2 quantity. I am using api suggested in Doc ID 422084.1 refer to attachment sample code which I am using.
