PSU12.2.1.3.21 causes SchemaTypeLoaderException when loading OSBCustomizationFile.xml

org.apache.xmlbeans.SchemaTypeLoaderException: Cannot load type from typesystem (schemaorg_apache_xmlbeans.system.pipeline_kernel_xbtypes.monitoringtype2fc4type) - code 14

This worked until PSU 12.2.1.3.201217. The newest PSU 12.2.1.3.210630 causes the same failure.

XML is valid and direct import into OSB WebConsole works fine.

Just WebLogicScriptingTool-Import does create the error above.


We would be very grateful for any ideas.
