Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can we close the store after converting non lead to lead in xstore?

Hi There,

Our lead register got corrupted and converted non lead to lead with the help of disaster recovery feature in xstore.

Can we perform store close from the temporary lead register. Does the system allows?

Kindly advice me on this.

I tried to perform but system is not allowing.
