Could Not Loan Form P59POC04_NULL in E920 TR TR 9.2.5.4 - Windows Platform

We have upgraded new TR 9.2.5.4 from TR9.22.3.3 on our POC instance. To test the object in DV web, developer created test objects on POC instance and request for a build and deployment. We have build and deployed that object successfully in DV but still we are getting the same issue. We have captured the debug log. tried to clear specs files from ES and also tracate table F989998 and F989999 but still having the same issue. Can you please check and suggest on this.
