PC Miler - Configuration

Hi,

We have a customer on E1 9.2 TR 9.2.4.1 using PC Miler. We need to understand the configuration for PC Miler - we cannot find the B49* or N49* BSFN mappings, or the DLLs for PC Miler. Is there a document on how to install and configure PC Miler?

It was working for customer in all environments until we upgraded the html servers.
