Does anyone know what following columns used for on PO Header, PO Line, and PO Line Location? Thanks in advance!

PO_HEDERS_ALL.END_DATE_ACTIVE

PO_LINES_ALL.START_DATE

PO_LINES_ALL.EXPIRATION_DATE
