"ORA-24329: invalid character set" When move data from 11g to 19c .

Dear all

There a problem. Please give me some advice.

When move data from 11g to 19c between AIX server by impdp, I get the error message as follow:

ORA-31693: Table data object "aaaaaaaaaa"."t111111" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:

ORA-02354: error in exporting/importing data

ORA-24329: invalid character set identifier
