Unpublished Attachments

We are on Unifier 20.12.6 on Premises.

As per Unifier help, as per link below, unpublished attachments are supposed to be logged into Unpublished Attachments folder.

"Whenever a mail is received through the Unifier Project Mailbox, the attachment associated with the email will be captured within the Document Manager (DM). A new folder will be available under Project Mailbox node in which all unpublished mail attachments will be available for publishing to Shell DM."

The folder "unpublished Attachments" is not at this location, it is under Document Manager, and there are no attachments listed here, though threre were many e-mails sent with attachments.
