Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello

I am facing error ORA24010 + SMG-4121 and ORA24010 + SMG-4120. I have already checked fix given in document Doc ID 2293125.1 and it is not working.

Does some one got similar problem, if yes, then kindly provide some information.
