Is there a way to assign $ amnts to people to allow them to choose between 4 diff. benefits options?
Hi, we are using PSHCM 9.2. We are were current with PUMs in Benefits Admin as of 5/1/2021.
We are trying to figure out the best way to set up a benefits credit system to allow people to apply money they are allotted based on 4 tenure brackets to be distributed as they choose between 4 different options: offset med premium, FSA healthcare, FSA dependent care, 401K.
Is that something we can even do using what is provided in Benefits Administration? We looked briefly at Flexible Credits in PeopleBooks but weren't sure if multiple options and amounts would work. Before we spent time trying to figure that out, we wanted to check to see if anyone else has done something similar to see what is recommended.
