I have WebLogic Server-Version: 12.2.1.3.0 installed on Windows 10 Enterprise. Admin Server, Report Server and Forms Server are running, Report tool instance and a Report server instance are configured. When I try to start the in-process report server with 'rwservlet/showjobs' I get:
