Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to attach the file using attach file button.

We are at HRMS 9.2

Getting the below error when run the app engine to load a flat file thru file layout.

EvalGetAttachment (error): return code (9) indicates attempt to download file from storage failed.

Any help is appreaciated.
