Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is oracle instant client freeware?

We have oracle 12.2 full client. We are upgrading out database from 12.2 to 19c.

Do we also need to upgrade our client? In other words, will support to 12.2 client end when support to 12.2 database server ends?
