The deliver accounting for the new inventory organization is not interfaced to the general leder

We are in EBS R12.1 , I added a new inventory organization to the operating unit. We now have 2 inventory organizations. When I do PO receiving for direct delivery for the new inventory organization, the receive accounting got created but the deliver accounting is not there and there is no error. I can see it view inventory distribution but it is not interfaced to the general ledger. There is no error that I can see.

What step did I miss. Please assist.
