Spatial Index Creation Fails with ORA-13249

Hello,

our customer got an error whencreating a spatial index:Spatial Index Creation Fails with ORA-13249.

As described in Doc ID 2752845.1. this problem is introduced with RU 10 and the only offered workaround is to instal the Spatial Option to force a change in structure of MDSYS.SDO_INDEX_METADATA

This means a great effort for us, because we use multitenant and it is needed to install Spatial on all PDBs (catcon.pl) in test- and prod env.

It would be a great pleasure if anybody knows another workaround for this issue? Is there a chance to merge a fix in a RU or RUR or get an OnOff Patch.
