Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. when identify a transactional attribute in item class and set Application scope for order capture as required

it doesn't appear in the order , Why ?

please provide me with any useful document about Transactional Attributes
