BI Publisher delivery to FTP site

Hi all,

This may not be really specific to Unifier, as it is more to BI Publisher question. However, Unifier is my data source in this case, hence the question here.

I'm trying to generate a report that grabs data from Unifier and need to dump the report into an FTP site. The setup in BIP configuration seems quite simple, and so is the explanation in the BIP user guide. However, I always receive an error when testing the connection to the FTP site. It keeps saying that connection is refused. Not sure why; connecting to the FTP site using FileZilla has always been successful.
