Benefits Open Enrollment question on 'Changed' status
Hi, we are testing Open Enrollment (self-service) which we plan to use for the first time this year, and noticed that if you are in the Benefits Elections and you click on say, Flex Spending and don't change anything but press Done instead of Exit, it marks the item as changed even though nothing actually changed. Does anyone have any thoughts about that? Is it confusing for the end user? Can anything be done about this? It seems like it should say 'Visited' if nothing actually changed. Thanks, Susan
