Marking Life Event Activity Guide as Complete

Hi,

We are working on setting up fluid life events. Is it possible for the Benefits Administrator mark a life event activity guide as complete if the employee did not click the complete button? I tried marking each individual step complete on the manage instance page; however, that did not trigger to activity guide to be registered as completed. I was able to delete the instance but then the documents that were loaded with the event still had a status of "In Progress" instead of "Completed" for the life event type.
