Interactive report download - EXCEL format - No data- 20.2

We recently upgraded to 20.2. Some of the interactive reports seem to be creating issues when download option is used. The excel shows that there was a problem with the file and could not correct. We only see the headers in the file with no data. Log file by excel looks like below.

Any solution to fix this?
