Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I am getting the following message after running the Receiving Interface Errors report after a failed Retrieve Time from OTL process.

Error: Please enter a GL Date within an Open Inventory accounting Period

Cause: You provided a GL Date that is not within an open inventory accounting period

Action: Enter a date within an open period.

Does the GL/Accounting and Inventory periods being closed cause this error?
