Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Driver file info couldn't found in readme of 13579837

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

we are about to upgrade JDK and we have to apply 13579837 as a prereq, we do see the patch driver file in zip pkg but couldn't see patch installation instruction in the readme.

patch list

Patch 14635756:R12.TXK.B

Patch 13579837:R12.TXK.B

Patch 16545472:R12.OAM.B

Any suggestions.
