Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. locking mode

helow,

I have a merge statement .

when i run it without parallel i get lock mode 3

when i run it in parallel the lock mode is 6.

if i run the merge from 2 different sessions on different rows from different source tables i get one session is blocking the other.

is there any way to change the lock mode? parameter maybe?
