Differences Between Oracle Grants Management (Fusion) and Oracle Grants Accounting (EBS R12)

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

Our client is looking to upgrade or add on to Oracle Grants Management, along with Oracle Grants Accounting.

Is there anyone here who knows about these 2 products and can guide me with some basic differences in between the two?

I know only some high level difference between Fusion and R12, like Fusion is SOA and OBIEE based, but other than that, nothing much.

Any information will be really helpful.
