Cannot Open .msg attachments on Requisitions
We are on R12 12.2.4 and some users are having issues when trying to open e-mail attachments saved as .msg when attached to requisitions in Oracle iProc. The users are on Win 10 laptops and when they click on the attachment hyperlink they get the download blocked message in the download folder. Any .doc attachments open fine, so the issue seems to be specifically with Outlook and Outlook.
Can anyone help?
