Should EBS 12.2.5 move from Solaris SPARC 64 move to OEL or RHEL?

We are in the process of discussions with management on choosing the best OS for Linux. Our data center runs RHEL, but we would like to hear any feedback regarding OEL if that is a better option. It would require more work on our infrastructure team so we would really like to hear some thoughts from the community.
