Is there a way to setup benefit rates so that the employer portion is a fix amount?

Hello,

We're using HCM 9.2 PUM 37. I want to know if there a way to configure benefit rate for our LTD plan so that the employer portion is a fixed amount where the employee portion is a percentage of employee's salary. We currently set up a separate 3x plan to handle the employer portion. I would like to consolidate them into one plan.
