Asset Management - Capital Leases - Change of Asset Category

We are on Release 9.2 PUM37.

We are using Leased Assets functionality within Asset Management. We are recategorizing Leased assets. As part of recategorization - Asset Management creates RCAT entries for Fixed assets and Accum. depr.

Asset Management is not creating Lease Obligation entries for Recategorization? Has anyone else faced this issue?
