When R41543 is run the report shows multiple 3038 errors

When R41543 is run the report shows multiple 3038 errors, but is a false variance since the GL amount for the transactions exist in GL posted to the correct Inventory accounts. Why the GL amounts doesn't appear in the report?

Attached is an example: IA 3900
