Does SQR work with Oracle Database 19C on Redhat Linux 8?

We have a lot of SQR Applications. We need to upgrade our database to 19C on Redhat Linux8. We don't have time to rewrite all the SQR Applications yet. Does SQR work with 19C database on Redhat Linux 8? If it does, which version of SQR should I use?
