HTTP Error 400 On Specified Web Pages

When I entered the role of Legal Entity Manager, and tried clicking LOV of any text box in this page, a following window with HTTP 400 error popped up.

This bug just occurs in Chinese environment, in fact, it works well in English environment.

I have tried the solution of Note:2310381.1, it didn't work.


EBS release edition 12.2.8

Oracle Database 12C Enterprise Edition 12.1.0.2.0

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.4 (Maipo)
