Contact_Point_Type field data is not visible in application

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

we are trying to find the value for Contact_Point_Type =HOME in customer page in receivable but we are not able to see the details whereas we can find the records for Contact_Point_Type =HOME updated in backend.

Could you please suggest.
