Resolved - Self Service Payslips not Visible for One payroll (there are 2 separate payrolls)

We have two separate payrolls, processed under the one BG, with the same payment dates but different employers/HMRC reference etc. The 'payslip generation' process has successfully completed for both payrolls (and both have results) but the SS payslips are only visible for one of the payrolls and not both.

Does anyone know why and what is required to make payslips visible for both payrolls?
