javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: weblogic.xml.crypto.wss.WSSecurityException

We upgraded our Development Data Relationship Management (DRM) from 11.1.2.4 to latest version 11.2.5.

A java class as soap client to test adding SOAP header that is deployed in Oracle Weblogic (12c) calls DRM webservice (getVersionNames, in this case). Same code works in 11.1.2.4 but failed to the new server.

Error message is:
