The DB Scheduler jobs are not up and running

We trigger the Notif DB Job ON via via an Autosys job –> which in turn calls this scripts /flexapps/FCAXCONV/flexcube/scripts/notif_job.sh à This make the call to DB to start it


If I stop all the other DB sch jobs and start just the notif job alone à Then notif job is running FINE

If I start the rest of the other DB jobs à Then the notif jobs along with other DB jobs are getting stalled and goes in to Non-Running state


I think it has to do with the no of Jobs that this FCAXCONV can handle
