Launching Essbase Shared Services-What is the preferred browser?

We are seeing this tool act differently based on the browser chosen to launch it. We just moved from version 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.4 and have not found a browser where the tool works as it should. Any help is very appreciated?

Examples: Launching the tool in FireFox-Adding and changing users seems to be fine, however, when you go to provision a group, the first time you click on an entry, the tool begins to spin and never return?
