Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have new 19c RAC databases on 4 nodes rac. In dev, qa and prod.

I need to install OEM 13.5 to monitor various databases in all 3 environment, approximately 4 CDBs and 12 PDBs.

what is the high level steps to following to install and configure OEM?
Which ports do we need to open?
