Personal Forms using Visual Assist

I am trying to create a personal form, however when this form is called thru visual assist the personal form edit button is gone. When I call the application via fast path I can personalize the form. After I finished saving my personal form I made it the default and then published and shared the form P98220U then assigned the object security and enabled the view security as well P00950UO. However when accessing the app thru visual assist it still does not show the changes that I made only if I fast path. Any ideas.
