ASM Diskgroup not mounting

ASM Diskgroup not mounting and gives below error

ORA-15042: ASM disk "9" is missing from group number "2"

sql> alter diskgroup data mount;

Error:

ORA-15032 : not all alterations performed

ORA-15040 diskgroup is incomplete

ORA-15042: ASM disk "9" is missing from group number "2"

DOne:

• Tried mount force; mount restricted
• restart ASM
• restart HAS

Is thre any way this disk can be forcefully removed from the diskgroup so that the diskgroup can be mounted
