How to prevent Approvers replying to HTML Email Approvals

Do you know of a way to prevent Approvers clicking the outlook 'Reply To' button on the HTML Absence Approval Emails sent by AWE.

We have a number of situations where the Approvers reply to the HTML Email Approvals email rather than clicking on the Approve / Deny hyperlinks in the email. The Approvers are often seeking clarification from the request originator not realising the email is not reaching the intended target.

We would like to prevent the Approval from clicking the outlook 'Repy To' button on these emails.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
