explorer 20.4 ERROR EXPL-15505: Upload failed: WARNING: Oracle Support http://support.oracle.com is

When I run "explorer -P" I get the following errors:

ERROR EXPL-15505: Upload failed:

ERROR WARNING: Oracle Support http://support.oracle.com is not accessible.

Note that "man explorer" reports:

    -P   Automatically send Explorer output to the target specified in

       the /etc/opt/SUNWexplo/default/explorer configuration file, if

       any.

Just in case, I created /etc/opt/SUNexplo/default as a symlink to /etc/explorer/default. It didn;t change enything!

Note also that the man page doesn't say what happens if the file doesn't exist ... (maybe that is what "if any" implies - that it won't send the data)?
