Upgrading from Oracle EBS 12.1 to 12.2.10 - FITW Issue

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We're currently upgrading our Oracle EBS system from 12.1 to 12.2.10 and we're currently doing payroll parallel testing. The federal tax withholding is almost $2.00 higher for each employee in the test system. I manually calculated the tax withholding for a sample of employees and Oracle Production is correct. The Oracle UATB test system is incorrect.

Would anyone have any ideas as to why? I'm having the IT Department check our vertex patches, but the test system was copied off of Production this month.
