Grid 19c install on RHEL 8 complains about ntpd not running

Install grid 19c cluster on RedHat 8 and everything goes good until the Verification. CTSS is in Observer state and switching over to clock synchronization checks using NTP. Now this is RHEL 8 and CHRONYD is up and running. Why is it checking for NTPD and not CHRONYD? When it check it is failing and show the installation as failed. All else has PASSED.
