If Direct Report UI works with Time & Labor Self Service?

We want to setup the T&L MSS by Reports To Position. But the delivered function such as Enter Time is based on Dynamic Groups.

Would like to know if the Direct Report UI works with T&L self service, and how to set it up. I tried to add the transaction in Direct Report UI page. But the Direct Report UI didn't invoke for the Enter Time under Manage Team Time.
