R15300 doesnt post the batch

We have an issue where we run R15100 on the scheduler. The process completes and kicks off R15300. However the batch end with error status. The records in F15011B are updated with G for the relevant billing period. When we try to post the batch again, the batch ends up posting. Its not determined why the batch ends into error with the R15300 process but when we manually post the batch through P150011, the batch posts. Also there is no message on work with submitted job for R09801 when the job is kicked off through R15100
