Siebel EAI Object Manager integration for OAuth

We have Siebel OCH IP20.10 application integrated with APIs using HTTP Stateless Token based authentication. These tokens are acquired & managed by APIs.

Now we want to go away with HTTP Tokens, Can we integrate EAI component to use OAuth tokens to validate API Requests. Please note EAI Object manager use DB Authentication for API users.

It is mentioned that we need to enable SSO for EAI object manager for OAuth. How to set SSO for EAI object manager with DB authentication?
