Migrating Standard Edition to SE2

Hi,

Following are the Oracle Version details.

Oracle Database 12c Release 12.1.0.1.0 - 64bit

PL/SQL Release 12.1.0.1.0 - Production

TNS for 64-bit Windows: Version 12.1.0.1.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 12.1.0.1.0 - Production

Standard Edition

Recently I got a license for SE2. So, i need to migrate it from Standard Edition, to SE2. It’s  a Production Server.

Can someone give some tips or provide some helpful links.?
