APEX_MAIL not sending Emails (No Errors)

I am using APEX on Free Cloud Tier, and APEX_MAIL.SEND_MAIL is not sending Emails anymore (used to send in 1st Month)

Didnt make any changes, and suddenly Emails have stopped.

For debugging,

  1. I have tried clearing the MAIL queue.
  2. Stopped Instance and restarted
  3. Terminated DBMS_SCHEDULER jobs related to MAIL
  4. Tried changing the SMTP parameters, through APEX_INSTANCE_ADMIN

Not sure, what has caused the sudden stoppage of Emails. Can anyone who faced similar issue, help on this ?
