GRID home refresh to an existing environment -

We are following below document for cloning our test environment from prod.Both are 2 node RAC

Our TEST is running successfully since 4 years.So,we are doing clone of grid home from prod to uat.

Our concern is can we skip the steps 1 and 4 from above document as TEST environment is already existing.and proceed with steps only 2 and 3.

1)Step 1: Prepare the New Cluster Nodes

4)4: Launch the Configuration Wizard"
