Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. mgmt_p1=> 0 (or NULL) in DBRM directive

Suppose we have two consumer groups with directives to limit CPU being defined as (single level resource plan):

mgmt_p1 => 0 (for group 1)
mgmt_p1 => 20 (for group 2)

Couldn't find in documentation or MOS what mgmt_p1 => 0 (or NULL) means for group 1. Does it stand for UNLIMITED or for NOTHING ?

DB version is 12.2
